# How can I fix flight logging issues with the A320 FlightFactor in X-Plane?

Some users may experience issues when logging flights with the **A320 FlightFactor** aircraft in **X-Plane**. This problem is usually caused by a missing or incorrect configuration file.

### **Step 1: Install the FF320 Connector**

1. Download the **FF320 Connector (v1.1.6)** from this link: [https://github.com/Luuk3333/FFA320Connector-Fork/archive/refs/heads/master.zip](https://github.com/Luuk3333/FFA320Connector-Fork/archive/refs/heads/master.zip).
2. Extract the contents of the ZIP file.

### **Step 2: Add the configuration file**

1. Download the **custom.CFG** file attached to this FAQ.
2. Place the file in the following folder:
   **X-Plane/Aircrafts/A320/plugins/FFA320Connector**

### **Step 3: Restart and test**

1. Restart X-Plane.
