My flight is completed but is not taken into account. What should I do?

If your flight was completed but has not been taken into account, please gather the necessary information so our technical team can investigate the issue.

When opening a support ticket, make sure to include the following details:

  • Your Windows version
  • The flight simulator used and its exact version
  • The date and time of the issue
  • Your flight leg
  • The aircraft used (including add-on name and version, if applicable)
  • Screenshots showing the issue
  • A detailed description of what happened during the flight
  • Steps to reproduce the issue, if possible
