Some users may experience issues when logging flights with the A320 FlightFactor aircraft in X-Plane. This problem is usually caused by a missing or incorrect configuration file.

Step 1: Install the FF320 Connector #

1. Download the FF320 Connector (v1.1.6) from this link: https://github.com/Luuk3333/FFA320Connector-Fork/archive/refs/heads/master.zip.
2. Extract the contents of the ZIP file.
   

Step 2: Add the configuration file #

1. Download the custom.CFG file attached to this FAQ.
2. Place the file in the following folder:
   X-Plane/Aircrafts/A320/plugins/FFA320Connector

Step 3: Restart and test #

1. Restart X-Plane.
2. Test flight logging using the A320 FlightFactor aircraft.
   

If the issue persists #

If flight logging still does not work:

• Make sure the custom.CFG file is correctly placed in the specified folder
• Verify that you are using FF320 Connector version 1.1.6
