There are several reasons why you may not have received XP for your flight.

XP is only awarded when flying in Career Mode using the MetaFlight Flight Tracker. If you flew in Free Mode, no XP is granted.

XP is also not awarded for flights performed with a virtual airline (such as AFR Virtuel) in Career Mode, as this is currently a temporary integration.

XP rewards linked to virtual airlines will be available once the Airline Manager module is fully developed in MetaFlight.
