Flight recorder files contain technical logs from the MetaFlight application.
These files help our support team understand and investigate your issue.

If a support agent asks you for these files, please follow the steps below.

Where to find your MetaFlight log files #

The MetaFlight log files are stored in your MetaFlight installation folder.

To access them:

1. Open MFLink tracker.
2. Go to Parameter section.
3. Open the Logs folder.

In this folder, you will find:

• Flight recorder log files with the extention .log
• The metacars.db file, which contains flight data

The log files contain technical information and logs from the MetaFlight application, and the metacars.db file contains flight data enabling you to reproduce your flight.

How to send the files #

You can send the files to the support team in one of the following ways:

• Attach the files directly to your support ticket, if the file size allows it.
• If the files are too large, upload them to a file-hosting service and share the download link in your ticket.

We recommend using SwissTransfer for large files.

Once the files are uploaded, simply paste the download link into your support ticket.
